A spacious villa near Malö Strömmar

This is a modern well equipped villa from the 1980's which is spacious for the larger family. The house is located in Sörbo about 1 km outside Ellös. The villa is very neat and has an old elm tree edged road leading up to it, and a view of large meadows and a mature beech forest. After a short walk of about 15 - 20 minutes you reach the beautiful Malö Strömmar, where there is a small beach. If you want to swim at a more orderly beach, there is the Sörkilsbadet in Ellös. Sörkilsbadet is one of Orust's best beaches, there is everything from diving boards, diving towers, crab fishing piers, rafts, kiosk, toilets, showers, swim school and more.

The house is of a single level and consists of a spacious hall, a large and bright kitchen with dining area, a large living room with additional dining area and stunning views of Morlanda Valley, also there is a fireplace for cozy wood-burning moments. Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two bunk beds, utility room with washing machine, a small toilet and a main bathroom with bath tub. The patio is a large deck that is adjacent to the living room. The house is partially disabled persons friendly.

The garden has a large lawn with some shrubs and trees, and at the back there are some large birch trees for shade. There is a cherry tree in the front yard, berries and mushrooms in the vicinity. It is 1 km to Ellös which is the main town on the west side of Orust and here you find restaurants, shops, bakery, pharmacy, medical center, grocery store, boat rides and more. There are many fine historical trails nearby including the coastal path that runs through Bohuslän. A gym is close by and a jogging track is 100 meters away. It is about 3 km to an 18 hole golf course of international standards.
